“The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at "The Wakefield". Our extended family of 15 people from ages of 18 to 90 and two small dogs had a fabulous time. The location was fantastic. It is within a couple blocks of downtown Wakefield with its cute shops, art studios, WWII museum and Brinkley's ice cream and it is just a half-hour to Newport for fun day excursions, and within 10 minutes to some wonderful RI Beaches. “Can’t say enough good things about this place! The location was absolutely perfect - close to town, shops, the beach, and great restaurants but also in a quiet neighborhood. “Had the BEST family vacation in this cute beach home for a week. The house is walking distance to so many things and in the cutest area. Laurie was amazing and very responsive to any questions.
