“Hotel was great. Extremely friendly staff and very clean overall. Hotel itself was quiet and the restaurant was amazing (make reservation). Outside the hotel was noisy but I guess that is to be expected. It’s a college town. It’s not the dorms that are noisy, it’s the students (I guess they were students) partying in the apartments just behind the hotel. Overall, great experience. We would and probably will stay here again. ”

“The AC in the room won’t cool below 70, room is a little warm and stuffy for me. Waited several minutes at the bar that was unattended for services. Asked an employee if a bartender was around -‘other patrons had cocktails. She was not sure. Bartender showed up. She was great.”

“ I would like to take this opportunity to highly commend your staff at the Bluefield, WV location. They are absolutely stellar in every aspect. My Daughter and I were stranded and the Managers, Brie, and the other two Ladies on staff made us feel at home all things considered.
