“The location was great, walking distance to downtown Nashville shops and restaurants. Place was clean, cozy and comfortable. The host had some water and soda in the fridge, breakfast snacks, muffins in basket, coffee and hot chocolate. Was nice and relaxing watching the birds feeding in the little garden in the morning and evening. The countertop ice maker was an awesome feature. Met host James and he was very nice and friendly! I would recomend this place to anyone. ”

“The cottage was homey. Super clean. Well stocked kitchen. Cozy living room with eating area. Has washer/dryer. Hot water. Large patio with nice seating. Even has TV outdoors. Hot tub. Outdoor fire pit with lots of wood. Quiet. Walking distance into town. Close to State Park. Best part for me they allow dogs without size restriction. It’s hard to find a rental that allows big dogs. They support the humane society too with a portion of your pet deposit. Manager was quick to respond to my……

“Perfect location - you can easily walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The public library is right across the street and has a beautiful little children’s garden where deer, rabbit, and chipmunk are plentiful. The dogs loved sitting out in the screened in porch area just watching everything. The only thing to note is the weeds around the house are really plentiful (I guess it helps the bee population) and it kind of feels like you’re being attacked by the weeds when walking in and out of……
