Debating between the comfort of a chic hotel and the thrill of more authentic accommodations? You will get the best of both worlds with this cozy 950 sq. ft. condominium, located just minutes away from crystal clear beaches at Sandyport.

The Vdara is nestled in the heart of Cable Beach and just minutes away from the Baha Mar Resort & Casino, airport, supermarket, restuarants and a host of many other amenities. Consisting of four, spacious condos, this cozy complex is newly-constructed with modern style.

Each condo is beautifully-apointed and includes 2-beds / 2-baths 1 sofa bed and a fully functional kitchen -- so you can whip up a feast for your guests or just an intimate dinner for two. Other bonuses includes flat screen TV's, Cable channels, FREE WIFI and an Apple TV to enjoy the latest movie selections using your Apple or Netflix account.

The house rules are very simple:

I love the unit as we were on the first floor of three. Spacious, quiet neat good condition. The only reason I did not give it a five star is because of the half filled mini shampoo left in the shower for use, and the stains (appear to be blood) on the curtain. All-in-all, it was a lovely stay.

Property was exactly how it’s described. A little far from the popular beaches but a taxi ride away. This place was clean, beautiful on the inside , and had all the small things needed to stay comfortable. I’ll surely book again here when I come back.

Condo was nicely decorated and spacious with all the amenities you need to be comfortable away from home. The location is close to public transportation and having a grocery store and a bank five minutes away was a plus. Communication with host was excellent. The only downside to our stay there was that the microwave stopped working on the second day of our four day stay. Other than that, everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

This place wasn’t available for the duration of my stay and there is apparently no ramifications to the host. No refunds , no nothing. - my party was SOL in a foreign country left to fend for our selves. Makes me wonder what the point of VRBO is ?

The place was nice and clean and the property manager addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately. The property manager also provided us with discounts to water parks and recommended great companies to sign up with for excursions. We like this place and the price was great. The location wasn't the very best as it was not quite walking distance to the beach. If you have a vehicle it's a great location; close to downtown Nassau and the bridge to Paradise Island.

The property was manicured and clean. I appreciate the host allowing me to check in earlier than usual, but she did not take the time to really allow us even a few minutes to familiarize ourselves with the home. Again, it was clean but not what we expected. The security lock on the main door was not working. We spent about 10 minutes in the apartment and promptly left and went to another property. This property might be ok for a Bahamian who is there to visit family, but not for someone looking for a tourist-type spot. The owners should fix the door guard on main entry door. I requested a refund, but no response. The host should have at least told me no. Non-response is a bit disrespectful.

Spacious apartment. Nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen is well equipped however missing certain essentials for cooking that we had to buy such as salt pepper and oil. Showers hard to use as glass covers half and lots of water ends up dripping outside. Within 7min walk to plaza with grocery store, pizza place and Wendys. Cable beach public access not close needed to walk a good 30min to reach. Bus stop #10 within 10min walk but bus schedules very unpredictable and needed to rent a car to be able to reach main attractions such as downtown Nassau and paradise island as it’s a 30min drive from place. Would choose something closer to paradise island next time.

My family of 5 stayed at this beautiful apartment on our vacation to Nassau and everything, start to finish, was top notch! Check-in was seamless. Our host Dánae was very accommodating, even with the holiday weekend she was very good at quickly answering all my questions and requests before and during our stay. Martha the housekeeper was an absolute sweetheart, these ladies really made us feel like family! Great location in a quiet, upscale, safe neighborhood, with many nearby shops/supermarkets/restaurants. Close to several nice beaches, a 6 minute drive to the airport, 8 minute drive to Baha Mar luxury resort and 15 minute drive to downtown Nassau. This well-designed modern apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable, spacious enough for our family and equipped with everything you could need to feel like you have a home away from home in the Bahamas. We will definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Nassau!

We were granted early check in then we walk to a nearby restaurant for pizza and beer. Our friends arrived and the manager ordered pizza for us as an impending curfew would have meant no dinner. They set up transportation for us for the next day. It was a wonderful experience and worth the price!

We were 2 couples travelling from another island and needed a place for one night before flying out of Nassau. This was better price then hotels in area and a short drive from airport. Close to restaurants in a nice neighbourhood. Great communication with property owner. Recommend : )

We are a family of 5 with 6 pieces of Luggage,we planned our vacation approx 1 year ago,we had a minivan booked and confirmed,Budget left us hi and dry in regards to our rental I phoned Danae to see if we could drop our Luggage off early,told her our situation, She went above and beyond by finding us a tour guide/taxi that would hold us all on a national holiday!she also phoned the home cleaner to let us drop our luggage early! This beautiful apartment was perfect! Two beautiful size rooms with their own bathrooms, huge kitchen with all the modern amenities and living space with outdoor space. Also very convenient to grocery shopping and and literally a beach a stones throw away! And the 10 bus route up the way... we will be back!
