“This was our 2nd year here, and we came back specifically because we had such a wonderful time last year. The house is perfect size for myself, husband and 2 kids. The location is beyond beautiful, and the people are so nice, and the beaches are exquisite! You can find sharks teeth just walking the beaches, the beach is never crowded! The owner is fast with responses, and easy to communicate with, we very highly recommend staying here!”

“This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). Due to some unforeseen circumstances with our loved one at the hospital the host was very accommodating. I would stay here again if I needed to access the……

“We absolutely loved our stay at the oceanfront cottage! We could’ve sat on the porch all day, every day. It was also a plus that I got to take my fur baby along for her to enjoy also. ”

“The whole concept of a detached bungalow is great; very quiet, private and relaxing. My only complaint was that the unit was rather dirty… windows and screens were filthy. Mirror was terrible as well. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Refrigerator has stains on the front of it that were pretty gross looking for in the eating area. Convenient to all of the activities we had chosen. ”

“- The screens of the entrance door were torn. - Some blades of the blind in the master bedroom on the ground floor were torn. - There were some cooked sausage pieces on a plate in the oven. - There was a piece of cloth in the washer. - There were no spoons. - There was only a small pot with a lid, which is not enough for multiple people. - The keurig pot was not working. Maybe we couldn't find out how to turn it on. - The lower bunk bed blanket was giving off a weird smell. - The garbage cans……
