It required some stooping and climbing of steep steps, but the spectacular views, fresh ocean breeze, and proximity to fabulous bars, restaurants, and cultural landmarks was more than worth it. “Such a great time on the Water Lily. My husband and i stayed and had our daughter with 3 of her friend's over one day. It was a gorgeous day on Danielle's house boat. 3 decks to enjoy. Swimming right of the boat was easy and there is an oversized float tgat my daughter anf her friend's enjoyed. Bed was very comfortable. Danielle was a great host! I highly recommend it! We'll be back! ”

“The house had a deck with the woods behind. Deer came out in the morning. Great fire pit and hammock in the back also. Pictures are accurate. Great proximity to Newport. Nice quiet spot for a relaxing evening after going to Newport. Jamestown has great restaurants and is a very nice old town. I would say be aware that there is a spiral staircase that some people might have a problem navigating. We did not. Property owner was very responsive and nice. We would come back.”

Frank the owner came out to greet us and show us the ropes. What a truly amazing couple him and his wife were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
