“Staff were excellent. Very helpful and accomodating. Hotel was spotless, the food and wine was superb. Bus stop outside of the hotel was very convenient for access to Centro Storica of Perugia (quick and cheap). All in all, a perfect stay.”

We got a warm welcome and lots of recommendations for the area including the amazing Birrificio la Gramigna brewery and the hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. “Very good hotel - restaurant provides good cuisine at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet outstanding quality. Only ‘complaint’ was lack of walk in shower. Bath with hand held shower difficult to navigate as panels too high and no grab rail. However pluses far outweigh the negatives. For those - like us - using Perugia as base to c For independent travellers HGWeJA is very accessible by public transport. It is about 1km from the main rail station. You can get buses (B,C)to and from the bus……

“This was a terrific Country Inn with a beautiful garden area, pool and veranda overlooking the beautiful Italian countryside. We didn't know that their restaurant closed Sept. 14 for the season but we enjoyed dinners in the nearby city of Perugia.”
