“I didn't like that you can hear the toilet flush in someone else's room and the face cloths felt like sand paper rubbing against your skin. Every time someone closes their room door you can hear the loud slam it makes when closing (horrible). In addition, to hearing someone walk around above you...like they were running around or wrestling. But the facility was clean and rooms were great!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was well-kept and comfortable. The amenities were great (especially the hot tub!). ”
