“We loved being able to go right out on the beach and walk to Belmont! It was very easy to check in and out. And very easy to communicate with the owner. The only issue was when the folks staying in the place next to us arrived it was quite loud - when anyone is walking or moving around in the space above you it is quite loud”

“The home was lovely and the host was amazing! She truly thought of Everything when it comes to your needs to make this a wonderful stay. Plenty of room to enjoy time with our family of 5. We enjoyed the patio and fortunately got it all to ourselves the night we went out there. I enjoyed watching the planes fly overhead too. The host has an entire book of suggestions on things to do around San Diego and we did several of them. She was very communicative if you needed anything at all. Clean up was……

“A cozy little cottage super close to the bay or beach. Walk to lots of fun stuff to do and great places to eat!”

“We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect and street parking wasn't too tedious to find - we never had to park more than 1 block away, and this was due to arriving back to the apartment later in the evening. Check in was a breeze and all of the necessary beach equipment was readily available (including a wagon to help tote your items!). Beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. Host was very easy to communicate with and when I did reach out with a question during the stay,……

“Right by mission beach. Great little place with good space. Close to Sea World and the zoo. Tons of restaurants and stores close by. Awesome beach vacation vibes. Parking is funky and was a little difficult. But understandable in the tight alleyway. I was able to find spots though. Totally worth a tiny hassle for the location and unit. ”

“I love how close this property was to the Amtrak train station and Little Italy. The only negative things about it was there was not a microwave and the tv was not working and no response from the host about the tv or any effort in fixing it. The remote needed recharging and there was only 1 channel available. Otherwise, the unit was clean and another thing to note is the front door is directly on the street. ”
