“There was a couple of cracks in the sink area, a hole in the wall right by the toilet. Peeling drywall under the sink like it was not completed. The wardrobe closet doors would not close properly or open after a while. No extra towels unless we asked. We didn’t have a hanger for the door. The room was near the event center so we heard an event on Friday (after driving for 8 hours) we wanted to sleep, Saturday night as well and Sunday morning before we checked out. We could’ve been warned……

“This was a very clean property. I was concerned about 2 things prior to my trip. A hotel room with no bugs (so many in the area have terrifying reviews) and a safe location. I was completely satisfied on both accounts. As a bonus this hotel has a large map in the lobby with what to do & places to go in the surrounding area. Its a 2 minute drive from the American River. The metro that goes to downtown is right across the street. Did I say clean, it was very clean & our room was exceptional. ”
