“Our room was great; clean, spacious, quiet and well appointed. The bed was comfortable with lovely linens. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the ground floor elevator button was taped in place. The exit gate had a slot clearly labeled to insert your exit card but it turned out that you were actually supposed to hold it under a scanner. These little issues were unexpected for the price of the hotel.”

“Nice staff and good location, a few homeless appear may be a block away from the south and east of the hotel. They don't look bothering but better no walk alone at night.”

“Hotel was great. Unfortunately located near some homeless camps. Did not have any theft issues but not recommended for women traveling alone…. If you go for an evening walk. ”

“Loved the hotel. Room was gorgeous and well appointed, loved the hotel bar. Small criticisms: Wi-Fi was glitchy and valet parking took a while to bring our car. ”

“The hotel is beautiful and service is terrific. My concern was that I’m 77 yrs old and made the trip early because I had a 6 pm wedding to attend, so I got there 2 hrs early. I was sooo tired and my body was in so much pain, and I know my room was ready. It didn’t become ready at 3pm. It would not have disrupted anything to allow me to go rest before my event. Plus, the next morning I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to leave because I got soooo sick from the food it was like stomach flu and I was……
