“My friends and I stayed here recently while in town for our college reunion. The location can’t be beat- easy access to downtown Lexington, W&L, VMI, the Chessie Trail, etc. We will be back!”

“What a great place! Everything was as it should be and what I expected. We had an awesome time just relaxing with family. This is a cool spot and exactly what I wanted for a quick getaway with no distractions. We had fun seeing the deer, turkeys and the hummingbirds. ”

“Cute as a button. Traveled with our 3 adult ish kids and had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy this beautiful area of Virginia. Suzanne is a wonderful host who has thought of every detail in the space. The horses in the back pasture are perfect view for starting and ending the day.”

“Beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions and needs before and during our stay. Kitchen is well equipped for most cooking needs. We used the gas and charcoal grills, both are well maintained. Perfect for a quiet getaway away from it all. ”

“Great attention to detail. Hosts left extra surprises (including fresh flowers!!!) and provided everything we would need for our stay. The flat was clean, private/quiet, and communication and checking in and out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10!”

Every room was clean. They had perfect directions printed out for the surrounding area and how to take care of their place. “Our family visited Lexington for our son’s commencement ceremony. The communication with the owners was efficient and clear - one year ahead of time. I appreciated their insight and information. The house is well equipped for a family stay, with plenty accoutrements for young children. There are games galore and beautiful surroundings. I am so appreciate of their effort and communication.”
