“I have refrained from commenting on my experience hoping that I would receive some for of communication from Unwind Luxury Rentals. However, after waiting for 9 days without anyone reaching out about how problems, I feel like it is time to respond. We arrived late on Friday to a hot house. One of the AC units was not working. My husband called the contact number and left a message. We got to call or message back. I emailed the reality company and told them of the problem. On Saturday afternoon,……

“We traveled with 4 adults and 4 children. This is our 6th time in North Georgia and it was a unanimous agreement that this was the best cabin we’ve stayed in. The views are amazing and the amenities are endless. Upon check in the cabin was very clean and there was a little welcome gift that was very much appreciated. The kids had an amazing time and are already planning their next trip and each said they want to stay here AGAIN! Thank you for sharing this wonderful property with us.”

“My family and I LOVED the hideaway. We had amazing weather, and loved sitting on the beautiful deck enjoying the woods and quiet. There were some minor cleanliness, preventive maintenance issues, it was very dusty and dog hair was under the beds. And when we went to take a shower, the water ran black/brown.
