Therefore, if you are on a budget, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. You can have lunch and dinner at a restaurant nearby on the left side of the hotel, making it very convenient. In the early morning, you can enjoy the sunrise and the snow-capped mountains from the rooftop terrace. I strongly recommend it.”

Wonderful historic place with a wing added that is more modern but in keeping with the original architecture, the room I booked was in the new section so the ceilings are high and the windows face over the courtyard to the original part of the hotel. The Inn Patan is a treasured restoration of a traditional Newari home, and is a moments walk to Patan's Durbar Square.
