“This was a wonderful relaxing oasis to use as a base to explore the Ellora and Ajanta caves. Staff were thoughtful and efficient from the front office staff to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Food was delicious. A car and careful, thoughtful driver were organised for my excursions. The grounds are beautiful and fragrant with flowering trees and plants and birdsong fills the air. Such a different experience to the normal India hotel stay.”

“清潔感は問題ありませんでした。 朝食と夕食を予約していましたが、最初はスタッフに伝わっていませんでした。支払っていることを伝えると持ってきてもらえましたが、8時半以降でないと持ってきてもらえない所が少し残念でした。夕食の内容はベジミールスで美味しかったです。ただインドにしては珍しく周囲におしゃれなレストランが立ち並んでいるのでそちらに行ったほうがいいかもしれません。 またホテルのWi-Fiが壊れているのか一階でしか使えませんでした。”

The Tourist Home Lodging is a real hotel at the listed address though. And thank goodness the hotel manager was amazing in helping us out and getting us a room ready and available last minute as basically all of Aurangabad was sold out that night. We would have literally been left out in the street as……
