“My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. The one bedroom’s also included two full bathrooms. And a balcony off the family room and one off of the bedroom.

“It was a beautiful spot, and the view cannot be beat! The host was super responsive and able to help us when we had trouble with the grill. We had a really great time and LOVED that our dogs could come with us. The beach was great, but a bunch of rocks washed up that made water shoes absolutely necessary. Not sure if that happens often? They were gone by the end of the week. The Sailing Cow was a 4 minute walk and was a great spot for a little beach drink. And dinner at the nearby Pelham……

“When I opened the front door, my breath was taken away by the beautiful views! Everything about the house and our stay was wonderful! The house sits right on the best beach in town, the water was clear and calm perfect for an early morning swim. “Wonderful property manager, friendly, great with our Golden (Charlie). At the end of a peninsula, the best spot on this body of water. We kayaked and walked the connecting road. Easy drive access to eateries. The place is small and rustic which is fine for us, we have stayed in similar in USVI and at Whiteface Mt.This is a quaint little place, over a garage, at the end of a dirt road.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and clean place right in the heart of Provincetown. The location couldn’t have been better—just a few steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and everything P-town has to offer. The space was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. "AVOID THIS HOTEL
One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this.
When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
