The town of Ashbourne is lovely and Dublin was only a 30 minute bus ride away. The Ryan’s went out of there way to makes us feel at home. “This property is a great country retreat. Ducks come visit you in the morning, the tire swing is so much fun, and views of the river and landscape are breathtaking. The owner is friendly and very accommodating. The property is only a handful of minutes away from Newgrange, Funtasia, Emerald Park, and Drogheda. It's so handy to have a full kitchen and washing machine.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Our Carriage House was fantastic. The grounds were beautiful with blooming flowers, shrubs and trees. We arrived and was greeted by Dave with a warm fire in the fireplace. Dave and Sue were quick to resond to any of our messages. I hope we are welcome back. ”

“We absolutely loved the cottages! We ordered a dinner on the night of our arrival and it was delicious. Our communication with Paula was superb. She answered all our questions. The resident cat was so adorable and my sister loved her visits!! We loved the fireplace as our 83 dad was always cold! The shower was hard to maintain the temp, however we would recommend your beautiful cottages to everyone and would stay again!!”

“The cottage and the gardens were absolutely perfect. We were a group of 4 generations, my 91 year old mother, my daughter and 13 year old granddaughter. The cottage has the perfect amount of room. From the well equipped kitchen, large relaxing livingroom and comfortable beds. And Liz's gardens are unbelievablely gorgeous I can't say enough about this cottage, the property and the kindness of Roger and Liz. I hope to return someday.”

“Have traveled to many places, including Ireland before & this was the most relaxing & superb place ever! Miles of clean quiet beach a few steps from your magical "cottage". Not truly a cottage but warm, modern home away from home. Best of the best in owners & staff. Will plan to come again!! Would like to keep it a secret garden!”
