“Hidden gem”

“在lomani住了两天，感觉很舒适，时间太短没有参加太多活动，度假村相当安静，服务人员也很nice，定的meal plan，非常推荐，食材很新鲜，分量也很大，菜单上的都可以点，饮料是收费。 房间相当漂亮，只是beachfront bure 的间隔稍微近了些。 相比起之后去的别的小岛，这里沙滩也是很美的，比较细白。”

“These guys are scammers. Called multiple times to confirm my booking and they said we don’t have a booking for you. I even spoke to the manager and he said Expedia overbooked it until I reached out to Expedia and these scammers started calling me back saying we have a booking for you. But by then I already booked another hotel. What I don’t get is, if these scammers are saying everything is booked for the whole week and they don’t see my name anywhere in the booking, how come all of a sudden……

“酒店入住時間是1500時，我1600時到check in還未準備好，需要等。 入住房間很舒適，但厕所板有大條裂痕，好易使客人受傷。浴室嘅沖凉液及護髮素亦無refill。另外客房亦漏咗提供拖鞋。 第二日到酒店食早餐，在櫃檯前之服務員並無帶領我們入座，自己揾位。不過我眼見前面及跟隨我後面嘅外國旅客則由佢親自帶領入座，使我覺得有被種族歧視的感覺。十分不悦！ 曾有幾名員工親口問我取煙吸，認真麻麻。”
