“Great resort for families with great beach, clean pools, kiddies area, lots of loungers, variety of restaurants. The buffet was particularly good in variety and quality. Shout out to breakfast gal Vicenta.”

“The property is great. The areas to improve are primarily the kids club (paperwork was tedious and i filled out the same form 4 times and the staff was not good and english seemed like a challenge for them). The Italian restaurant's service was also very poor compared to Frida. The aztec show could use someone who explains whats going on like the top Hawaiian laui's (so many people walked out).”

“We did not have a good experience about our check-in services ! I had booked an ocean view room but it was not even a partial view. The process to change our room turned into a very unpleasant experience ! Long story short, we almost were going to call the Tourist Police to resolve the issue ! ”

“We had a fantastic honeymoon at Grand Palladium Vallarta. The staff was great, food was fantastic and the beach was beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come here again. Extra shoutout to Antonio and Manuel at the beach bar Fizz. Great guys.”

“We we're greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. The rooms were clean, with fridge and dishwashing sink. No tv's, paper towels or tissues but for the price it's great and fairly quiet (except for the rooster at 3am). ”

“Well maintained resort in a wonderful area. Food was good. Drinks are good. Everything was good. Nothing was outstanding, but solid all around. ”

“Upon arrival at the property we noticed that the room we chose( jungle view) was towards the construction site next door. It’s not a pretty site to see so we decided to upgrade to ocean view with access to secrets and their restaurants. A lot more enjoyable, view is towards the inside courts/ ocean. The upgrade was reasonable and we are glad we did it. The roof top pools are breathless and the restaurants have more options if you are traveling with adults only. Some of the restaurants are adults……
