“The space is perfect and comfortable especially for a large group. Andrea is very attentive and communicative. The location is very short drive to downtown, Pearl, etc. The neighborhood is older and is beginning to turn over, but all in all is safe and quiet. Nice laundry room and large kitchen with a lovely seating area right off it to watch tv. Thanks!”
