“This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. ”

“The place was great. A quick drive into Boulder. We would definitely stay again. The backyard was great place to have our morning coffee. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror.”

“Very comfortable and tastefully decorated cabin. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the evenings sitting with our feet propped up on the reclining couch in front of the wood burning stove. The beds and pillows we’re comfortable and the bedding smelled lovely. The only downside is that the bunkhouse isn’t connected so if you have to get up in the night to use the restroom you have to go outside to get to the cabin. The cabin is located a……

“What a great house and location! The beds were comfortable and the views each morning were inspiring. Walked downtown each morning for coffee and really enjoyed the convenience for everything we enjoyed. Julia was responsive and very helpful. The house is very historic and well decorated!! One of the best VRBO's we've stayed in. Nice and quiet neighborhood and a pleasure to walk around. Will definitely stay here again!!”
