“This is the first time we rented a house on VRBO. The owner was a very nice man. When we arrived we let him know how musty smelling the place was & it smelled that way every time we left & came back. Whenever we wanted to use the hot tub he had to turn it on remotely, which was a pain. It would have been nice just to be able to turn it on whenever we wanted to use it. We also had to pay an extra fee per day, to use it, which should be included in the rental fee. There was a note in the house……

“This place has it all; literally down to the condiments in the fridge. Super fast communication from the owner and impeccable decor. Love how close it was to everything. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Great house, lots of sleeping beds. All pots, pans and cups. Plenty of towels! This is usually not the case with pool homes. Garage parking was a Great plus.”

“This house was wonderful to stay at, and Mary was the best host! The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Our first day, there was a small issue with the bathroom. I texted Mary to let her know and she had someone over that day to fix it. She is very responsive to any text or question you have. The pool and hot tub were very clean, plenty of pool towels and we had a very relaxing week at her home. The only negative for me was the bed was kind of soft but that’s a personal preference……

“Spent four nights with my adult children last week and we had a wonderful time at Cactus Ranch. The house is HUGE and very well-designed. There are beautiful details throughout the home. My family enjoyed movie night in the bunk room every night. The pool area is perfect and the garage/barn is full of games. The house has lots of cozy spots to relax. We enjoyed the house so much we barely left.”
