“My friend came from Illinois and this was a first time to Lake Havasu for us both. The property was in fairly good shape. We did enjoy our stay, but there were a few things that needed attention such as more bath towels and washcloths, tub needs non skid strips as it was slippery getting in and out, comforters needed to be cleaned of "interesting stains" on it, needed a box fan for use on the covered patio, patio lighting needs attention as it flickered a lot, lack of shade on upper patio. “The set up of the house is perfect for families! Great games, lots of seating. My family truly enjoyed the amenities offered. The host had great communication. ”

“Beautiful home with great views. Check in was easy. The driveway is steep and scary at first but by the end of our trip it wasn’t so bad. The garage is big but in the single bay there is a side by side or something parked so it made it a little tight for two cars next to each other. The property manager was quick to respond but there were a few things that could have been better. We weren’t able to get in the front door. The code worked and the door said it was unlocked but wouldn’t open. There……
