“It’s good if you don’t mind 15-20mins walk to the main tourist spot. It’s quite silence after dark, but there is a police station near by.”

“It was very nice until last night that room is not tidy up with trash still on the counter, dead insert next to the bed and tissues was not refill. Location is very close to China town and it was pretty noise during the night. Breakfast is excellent. ”

“Just near the China Town and the night market, and in a walkable distance to the Central Market and mass transport system. You could find everything in the area. The hotel itself is located in the upstairs of a cafe and you can even smell the coffee in the morning. Room is small but lovely. Conformable stay!”

“This residence is fantastic if you are spending some time in KL. We were here for 3 weeks working, and it was a home away from home. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Enough room to spread out. The staff are lovely, accommodating, and very helpful, if you need assistance. Close to bars, restaurants, shopping malls etc. Lovely pool and a smashing view from the apartment.”

“Good location, clean, comfortable. Only thing is they don't clean the room unless stays more than 7 days. ”

“The property is "ok" but there is no body to offer any sort of services. We inadvertently booked 3 apartments instead of 1, upon checking we pointed out the error and took only 1 apartment, informed Hotels.com, followed up with Hotels.com multiple times but they were unable to reach the hotel. Ethics are questionable at best- granted it was our mistake, but they could have let us know upon check-in and we would have taken the other 2 apartments as well. You can't reach them if you need……

“Great location (street foods or shopping centers) as well as for public transportation. Confortable and quiet rooms. A lot of choice at breakfast, quality could be improved lightly if you light traditionnal north american breakfast. It was not a big problem but some staff need more training (eggs not cooked enough, towels or tissue missing after the room was cleaned etc.). I would go back again.”

“The Hotel location is great. Just next to the Monorail Imbi Station. A few shopping malls are around the Hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay here again for my next visit. ”
