Just a couple of suggestions for safety from us - 1) A handrail by the front steps would be a real help to your “mature” guests & grab bars in the showers would be most helpful. “This is a quiet little space in a quiet little town. Its a very "vintage" home, but dont let that discourage you from renting this lovely home.
