“The house was clean and welcoming by the time I arrived late at night. The owner left out some treats that was much appreciated. Spent 2 amazing weeks there for my first ever visit in the states. It had all the necessities you could need for a longer stay. It's beautifully renovated and cozy. Any questions we had were answered quickly by the owner who is very kind and accommodating. I can't recommend it enough if you need a place to stay, no matter the duration. And the neighborhood was quiet……

Truly appreciated all of the vintage details that have been preserved while also being kept warm by a modern and new furnace! Also appreciated the very detailed check-in and check-out instructions. “We enjoyed our stay here. It was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The beds were comfortable (the screws could be tightened as they were a tad wobbly/creaky). The home was well lit (great for crafters/puzzlers/knitters). We appreciated all of the outlets for charging devices, and the lamps. Arriving to a Christmas Tree lit in the window was so sweet, as we traveled over the holiday.The kitchen was well appointed in many ways - the coffee/tea/cocoa bar was a thoughtful touch. There……

“Our stay was perfect from the time we arrived to departing. This house is beautifully decorated and cared for. The kitchen, bathrooms, etc are all well stocked. The sitting areas are great for gathering and conversations. The hosts were easy to contact before our arrival and as needed. They welcomed us with 2 loaves of bread, butter and chocolates...perfect and unexpected. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a nice home in midtown that was a great location for us to attend events associated with Creighton University. The hosts were responsive and the check in process was seamless. My critiques of the house are related to its cleanliness and the need for some minor repairs. Updates related to the furniture and quality of towels would be nice. These concerns were voiced to the host and I was assured that they would be addressed. Overall, we had a great trip and this home served it’s purpose……

“The property is very nice overall. We stayed during December so the pool was closed, but it looks very nice. The internet speed was HORRIBLE! Definitely not the 250 mbps in the listing. A speed test done in the dining area was at 1 mbps! There was a knob missing from the stove which limited our cooking to only 3 burners. And the ice maker didn’t work. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. The heating was either HOT or COLD - temperamental and not sure what you were going to get. The……
