“This was a super affordable option for us as we traveled to Memphis for our daughter’s graduation. Apartment was clean, close to campus, and the owners communicated with us throughout our stay when we had questions about parking and check out. Although spots were limited in the back for parking, there was plenty of street parking out front and neighborhood seemed safe. Peabody 1 is Totally a “diamond in the rough!”. A secret gem. Thank you for making our stay amazing. ”

“Overall, I was impressed with the apartment. It was clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a weekend getaway. Only negative comment was that had a closed in smell to it, and the walls are thin. I could hear the upstairs neighbors coming and going. It was close to Beale Street and downtown which is what I was looking for. Thank you for having me!”

“A great location for exploring all the area has to offer. A very short walk to Beale Street & the Civil Rights Museum (excellent) too. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished & equipped & perfect for two couples, with lots of nice individual touches. Secure on site parking a bonus. Loved parking and check in - safe and great temp of house. Housekeeping could be one area to be improved/ house was clean but some attention to details is missing. Example- kitchen closet when opened (because cleaning supplies were seen under the food) a broom fell out and was clearly shoved in closet. It was okay w four adults but a kid……
