“The Moose was everything we expected it to be, and more. My daughter and I stayed for her med school interview and we both loved everything about the stay. Parking is very tight, like they note, its for small cars and you have to back out downhill when you leave. “This apartment was located on a great location if you want to be close to downtown Memphis. We were able to park and walk everywhere for our whole visit. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants and exploring Beale Street (a 10 min walk) as well as attending a game at FedEx Forum, all a close walk. Apartment was spacious and had the necessities. Communication with owner was easy and check in and out seamless. It was located in a nice building and I felt safe. Overall, we had a good experience”

“Everything was so nice! A lot better than what I expected for the price! The view off the balcony was off the top of a roof but you can also see the bridge so it was 100% worth it! The entrance doors locked at a certain time so it was very safe! Great area walking distance from everything. Only thing i would have to say is bundle up because i tried to cut the heat on due to them having the air on 60 when we walked in but it wouldn’t come on. ”

“This property was nice. There were tons of toiletries and snacks. In the listing, it states that there is a pull out couch bed but there is not one in the apartment. You can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs as well. There is also a smoky/weed smell, but that is not the host’s fault. Overall, this is a nice cozy little spot. ”

“Was informed 1/2 day before our arrival that property needed repairs and would not be available. We were offered a different property that turned out to be awful. Poorly maintained, rusty stove, peeling paint,etc. Left the property almost immediately and had to scramble to find alternate lodging..2 days later still have not seen our funds refunded.
