“Bathroom shower door didn’t shut, shampoo bottle broken & laying in shower, it was nice to have separate bathtub but we didn’t use it. Bed was comfortable & clean air conditioning worked well. Would have been nice to have a room fridge for our stuff that worked. ”

“The hotel was very nice, especially for the price paid. Beautiful and clean spaces, comfy bed, good breakfast. The only negative was that I didn't pay attention before booking if the hot tub was a hydromassage tub or a simple hot tub; it's a simple hot tub, only two jets, no bubbling. Every time my husband and I go on a trip for our anniversary, there's some reason the hot tub is inaccessible. I called ahead before booking to make sure it was accessible, but I didn't think to ask if it was a……

“The place was spacious, well locate, well.equiped and clean. Recommended.”

“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……

“Walkable to Beale Street-you can see the sign from the side parking lot. We enjoyed the pool and everyone at the hotel was kind & helpful! ”

“Staff and service were really nice. I received a notice a few hours before arriving that one of my rooms were no longer available. Accommodations of a handicap king suite with a roll away bed was provided and accepted from a reservation 2 queen suite with a pull out sofa.. (needed comfortable space for 3 people…not sharing a bed). I guess that works. Would have provided a 5 if room requested was a available… and/or if a discount was provided”

“A nice hotel but check in was delayed by more than 1 1/2 hours after arrival promised check in. Also, staff was unable to provide coffee for rooms - told because of supplier delays. Hotel is only a few blocks from Beale St. - which was both good and bad. An easy walk to Beale, but we were hounded by homeless on way back to hotel. No problem during day but as it got dark, became sketchy. ”
