“The staff at the Ocean were incredible, they couldn’t do enough for us, such a great team! Room was lovely, was a little noisy at night due to other guests but isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast was delicious, all made fresh and could make adjustments to suit. ”

“Stay was ok but just ok not great There is a heating controller on the wall by the door that doesn't work I eventually found a control on the radiator to turn up the heating The window was locked in an open position and therefore unable to lock out the noise from the road”

“First time at this hotel for us it is very dated but is spotlessly clean Rooms are a nice size with a very comfortable bed and pillows nice walk in shower We did get woke early by other guests returning early hours opening and banging doors but that can happen at any hotel Great air con heating in rooms Nice breakfast on offer served by great all friendly Staff On the whole a nice hotel and would deffo use again ”

“My stay at the Pier Hotel was very pleasant. The staff were excellent & the room was clean. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom had a long window which was clear glass & the blind had to be permanently pulled down otherwise anyone walking past can see someone sitting on the toilet or having a shower.”
