Hotel has deal with the parking we only need to pay €17 a day to the hotel. We live at 11F suite room 1105 , the room is big but many things broke, the bed room door handle broke, the toilet glass door not easy to close, some light cant turn on .....”

But be frank, I felt being cheated by hotels.com I booked Junior Suit (which is more expensive) because I saw the photos provided by Hotels.com, and I was impressed by the wonderful view. However, hotel arranged me to a room with a window facing another room! I asked the staff and they said NO SUCH ROOM for Junior Suit What? then what's the point to book this room? I'd rather……

“唯一沒有給滿分的是房間比較舊，其他所有都不錯，服務態度好，雖然舊但很整潔，論價錢來說是非常超值的，最好是所有景點只要步行幾分鐘就到，是非常方便的，所以整體來說是不錯的。”

“El hotel está súper ubicado! A unos cuantos pasos de la plaza del Pilar, excelente servicio, limpio. El aire acondicionado es su único problema! Muchísimo calor por las noches ”

“Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo da igreja nossa senhora do Pilar e várias outras atenções . Você pode fazer tudo a pé . Inclusive ficar perto do El Tubo, que são vários pequenos bares noturnos. Fomos de trem , pegamos um táxi na estação de trem e fizemos todos os passeios a pé . Inclusive o museu Goya ”
