“The cabin and amenities were just as described! Everything in the main living cabin was new and very clean. The beer and game sheds were an excellent retreat area. “Property was 1 hour from Punxsutawney. LOTS of space and rooms for the 10 people we had during our stay. The only complaint we had was the driveway was extremely icy during our stay. One of the cars slid down the driveway a few feet. Otherwise, beautiful cabin. All of the amenities needed. Lots of space. Private and quiet. Not too far from Foxburg restaurants and winery. Perfect! Everyone kept saying this cabin is perfect and that we need to come back. ”

“Impressive carpentry throughout, from the log walls to the stump supporting the kitchen table. A great fireplace and a big living room space in front of it. Beds are very comfortable, the towels fluffy, and the kitchen adequate, if a little tight if too many people gather there. Fresh snow made the property appropriately magical on the days before Christmas. The long, snow-covered driveway, although flat, was a bit of a driving test in the dark.”

“What a lovely house! The 3 of us came in just to visit Punxsutawney and fell in love with Smicksburg! We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely return. The check in was simple and parking in the back worked out great. The kitchen is enormous, stocked with plenty of utensils/dishes, soap, plastic wrap, salt/pepper shakers. There aren't many restaurants in the area, so making full use out of the kitchen was very helpful. In addition, there was a cute little coffee/tea setup, full water……
