“Parking was a big issue. There were no spots for the hotel and the closest spot we could find was three blocks away. There were no signs as to parking and no meters, so we wound up with a ticket. The exterior bathroom was small, but clean. We had an entire floor to ourselves so it wasn't an issue.”

“Spent 2 nights here as part of a southern Italy tour. Public areas of the hotel are smart and welcoming. The reception and breakfast staff were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good continental fare. My room was slightly disappointing. It felt a little unloved, with old fashioned furniture and some shabby fittings. My single, spring-frame bed and soft mattress felt like the one i used to have in the 1960s!! Finally, not sure why but for first 24 hours i had only cold water. Then just after……

“Bella struttura situata a un paio di km dal centro storico di Taranto. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi di ogni genere, ristoranti, un supermercato, il mercato rionale, e parcheggi sia a pagamento che gratuiti. La camera, pulitissima, è stata da poco ristrutturata, ed è molto bella e arredata con gusto. Dotata di un comodo frigo, è risultata molto ben insonorizzata dai rumori esterni. L’unico consiglio che mi permetto di dare al proprietario è di dotare le finestre di tende maggiormente……

“Struttura datata e da ristrutturare almeno nelle stanze. Personale che sopperisce, non a fatica, alle mancanze strutturali e organizzative.”

“Wonderful place. Super friendly on arrival and made sure we had a place to park. Great recommendations on what to do in Taranto. They made everything easy. Room was beautiful and comfortable, the terrace was lovely. Breakfast was also great. I wish we had been able to stay more than one night. Taranto is a fascinating city. The hotel is in the historic city, but at the edge, so it made arriving and parking easier. Easy walk to everywhere, including MARTA. The trattoria close by served excellent……
