“Great place to stay to explore Delhi, close to the Metro and a very walkable, quiet and secure location.
Meals were good and the staff were helpful and friendly”
“Good location for sightseeing in Delhi, great breakfast with chef adding a new ‘special’ taster every day. A small, nice and personal property with Sheetal, the lovely owner really caring about how your stay is going and full of advice for dining out. Some rooms are noisy as close to the road”
“Centrally located in South/Central Delhi it is close to India Habitat Centre, Lajpat Nagar, etc. East of Kailash market has great food options. This place has coffee, ice cream, laundry places nearby and also a typical neighbourhood market within 0.5km (easy to walk). No elevator/lift here so plan for that. ”
“I chose the Stay Inn based on its reviews. I was not disappointed. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable and there were lovely garden areas. Breakfast was delicious. What really made the stay was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. ”
“No WiFi, but rude staff.
They charge for one bottle of water, and that too 100% more than the market rate.
It is best not to rely on Hotels.com ; you should check out hotels before putting them up. Till then I would not give you a zero but a minus.”
“Anand jee behavior and helping nature is on top of everything. He made stay very comfortable and easy going. Room was neat and clean and very spacious. As it is located in main market, food and convenience is very good. ”
“The studio is so much nicer than the deluxe twin… more spacious, feels a lot more like an apartment than a hotel room. Lovely terrace accessible from the bedroom and good water pressure in this one.
My complaint about stiff bedsheets is valid here too, I think duck feather bedsheets would make the place more cozy.”
“I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. ”
“Won't recommend stay for family specially with kids. Not really a hotel, a managed guest house which seems like being run in a home/residential area. Hotel name not written anywhere and raise suspicion on how hotel is being run. For the high price I paid for the room, it's not worth at all. Only plus being close to the airport.”
"We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room.
Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff.
Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this.
Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation.
In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…"
