We had a great time in the kayaks and really enjoyed the outdoor shower (which was so great to not track sand and dirt everywhere!). Plenty of games to play and movies to watch. “We came to visit the Silver Lake Sand Dunes but we had more fun hanging out at the rental!! The property is in a wonderful location! A park right across the street, the beach 5 minutes away, and a mini market with ice cream on the corner. Our family made great use of the kayaks, tubes, cornhole, and horseshoes supplied by the host. We had such a fun time my son wanted to rebook for July 4th but it’s already reserved. ”

“Great location close to the dunes and our favorite place to eat the chicken shack! Very clean and private woodsy area with plenty of parking for our toys. Kitchen had everything we needed and water pressure was great after a day at the beach. Spent alot of time around the fire pit and would definitely stay here again.”

“Wonderful place. Huge deck was perfect for our small grandkids to play on, even a toddler gate. Short flight of steps, then a short trek down a sand hill to the beach. A creek running parallel to lake shore was great for the toddlers. They loved all the soft sand. The shed was full of toys and chairs for everyone, the sun shield worked out great! Beautiful sunsets every night, we even made s’mores at the fire pit. The house was well equipped and beds were comfy. Perfect for our family of 7……

“This property had a lot to offer. The tent was the best part. The family was disappointed that the peddle vehicle was out of commission and there was no air conditioning on the hot days. But all in all, it was a good stay. ”
