“This home was more than expected. It’s so spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen cabinets were all labeled so the was no guess work looking for anything needed. We had two pickup trucks and two motorcycle trailers and there was plenty of room for parking in the driveway. If ever in the area again this will be the first place I will look to rent. Communicating with the owners was very easy and quick to respond. Thank you Melissa and Danny. ”

“Had a great stay! Property is right next to the Blue Ridge Tunnel (which is an easy trail) and also conveniently located close to many breweries and vineyards. The hosts have done/do an excellent job labeling everything and communicating all necessary information. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“This house was exactly what we wanted: a place where we could spend time with our son, daughter-in-law, and two young granddaughters. We could enjoy ourselves simply by staying "at home" (in the rental) or by going out to enjoy all the beautiful sights of this area. The location was quiet and private, yet easily accessible. We went to the community pool for the little ones to swim; it was nice and clean. All of us enjoyed the hot tub. The house was all that we hoped for-- a great place to make……

“Loved our stay - the house, location, and amenities were perfect for us!”

“The house was incredibly clean and in a great location. We were in town for a State track meet at JMU and it was very close to JMU. The game room in the basement was loved by my teenagers and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. I would definitely recommend this home.”

“Booked last minute and property met all our needs. Clean, well stocked and good overall condition. Great value! We walked to the slopes both days which was the main draw to this particular house. A bit of a hike but totally doable if you’re in good shape. Nice being so close to the market for convenient provisions. We’d certainly stay there again!”

“Sadly you can hear everything above you, no matter the time of day. The room was nice, pillows suck, bed not comfortable. Space was nice and big. Decent Mountain View. Over all property seems like a lot to do but additional costs. ”

“With spring rainy season, the steep driveway was a challenge upon arrival. The house was as expected and provided a great atmosphere for our family gathering. Very pleased with the well stocked kitchen. The downstairs shower had little water pressure so we had to use the upstairs shower. Would come again.”

“The property was clean and spacious - it is actually 2 different levels that look like they can be rented separately. Lots of wildlife in view and was an easy walk to some of the activities and easy in and out of Massanutten for JMU graduation. Only negative was the cost - price was hiked up because of JMY graduation--was twice the cos of a normal stay - but it is what it is. It was perrfect for a 2 night stay.”
