“Everything was amazing during our stay. Ample sleeping and sitting space and well appointed for our group of 15 celebrating our family Christmas. Peaceful and quiet with nice wooded view and we saw deer at the end of the driveway. The covered patio and Blackstone worked out great for our large breakfast cooking in the rain. Would definitely stay again. ”

My favorite thing to do was be able to sit and look out of those beautiful windows in the mornings... plus, Hocking hills state park has so many amazing places to see and it's minutes away. “This refreshed lovely home had some of it's older charm while being clean, updated, & spacious! Inside is clean with tasteful rustic/industrial decor. They still had the Christmas tree up and lit in the large front windows, which showed out onto the large front porch to the street in a delightful way! The bedrooms all seemed to have new beds, linens, etc., again tasteful in both tones and fabrics.We stayed a weekend in early January, with snow on the way, so we enjoyed the hot tub! My kids……

“Lakehaven Cottage has been THE BEST VRBO stay we have ever had. The hosts think of everything you may need for a relaxing stay. They provide excellent homemade buckeyes, cookies and dog treats. They also have some toiletry items should you need them. This is our second stay and we plan to return. Highly recommend!”

The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking in the Hocking Hills State Park. Being close to town where there are a few shopping options made it easy to cook our own meals at the house.”

“This was a great stay! This place was even better in person - cute, bright, and tidy nautical theme throughout. Layout was great for our family. First time to Buckeye Lake and we thoroughly enjoyed bikes on site for the 4 mile path along the lake. Loved the cocoa, Chocolate, and peppermint welcome treat in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend to anyone! ”
