“Great place .”

“The rental was perfect for our family, including 6 grandchildren. Melissa was a tremendous host. Lots of space, toys, bikes, beach accessories and fun! Direct access to the beach and great views of the sunset every night made it a great family vacation.”

“This property was perfect for our needs! It was clean and had plenty of room for us and another family! We were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to Lake Erie Beach! Just a short 5 minute walk, at most! ”

“This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. “Beautiful townhouse with all the essentials for a home away from home. Directly across from the beach, Mickey Rats/Bay Beach Club. Evans town park. Very nice area, never loud or crowded. Tops grocery store just a few minutes away, Tim Hortons, really good pizza places, Connors Hot Dog Stand did not disappoint!Lynn was a wonderful host. She welcomed us when we arrived, gave an overview of the area, restaurants, stores, etc. Lynn was also super helpful prior to arrival answering any questions I……

“We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay!”

“It's clear what the draw of the house is... other comments are correct about the lack of a/c in one of the upstairs bedrooms (just leave the doors open upstairs and the a/c from the other kind of moves in there). It was difficult to find an outlet/house instructions folder, probably partly because everything is online these days. And the former is due to all the decor... but that's the point and it serves mightily there. It's pretty awesome. My h.s. boy absolutely loved it. If you're interested……

“Wonderful little place for a weekend getaway, or an even longer stay. The place has everything you could want. Fridge, oven, washer and dryer. The bathroom is strange with 2 steps to the shower, so maybe not good for someone who's older. But overall would definitely book again.”

“We chose Early Bird Ranch for its proximity to where our large family reunion was held. What a delightful surprise! Dave greeted us warmly and was a magnificent host, letting us know of all the things in the area. We loved getting fresh pastries and eggs for breakfast at the farm store that the family runs. If this is available the next time we have this reunion, we will absolutely stay here again annd book more days outside the reunion days. Truly a little slice of heaven! ”
