“the stay was nice.. i was a little confused because i thought the one room had a bunk bed with a queen sized bed as bottom bed but know no garbage bags no book with directions on how to get on internet or what was expected to do before we left. There was no number to reach incase of an emergency. the caps on the porch railing kept coming off”

“Much brighter than expected from pictures. Delightful home. Back deck and gas fire pit an unexpected bonus. Entry step a little high if you have weak legs. Has everything needed...including oil, vinegar, and select spices. Standard drip coffee maker with k cup coffemaker attached. We did use a vase to make oj 😄 ”

“Property was clean and spacious. Communication with our host was great. Six of us came into town for a wedding and the property met all of our needs. Great location if you are coming into visit Buffalo, Niagara Falls, the south towns, or a concert or a Bills game at the stadium. Highly recommend this property!”

“Overall, it was exactly what you'd expect. It has a few quirks but is very clean and comfortable. A large person may have trouble using the bathroom fyi. It is fairly confined and has steps.”

“The Orange House fit our needs perfectly. The water quality of the pool was perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit.”

“This was a great place for sports fans! Our family of 5 used it as a home base for exploring Buffalo and Niagara. The kids loved all the bills decorations! Walking distance to the Bills Stadium. Cozy and practical. 4 bedrooms all with their own tv. 1 bathroom with a deep tub. Not a big inside eating area but large outdoor space for grilling etc. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within a couple miles. ”

“We liked that the house had 3 seperate bedrooms and 2 baths, it gave us the space we needed for personal time but had nice living spaces and a fire pit for family time. ”
