“The rooms were not cleaned well. There were many ants in the in the bedrooms and kitchen. There were also a lot of spiderwebs in the corners of the room, and a lot of dust on surfaces. The curtains were mouldy and floors looked as though they hadn’t been mopped. These seem like basic cleanliness issues. ”
