“The condo was large, clean, and spacious. The view from the patio was amazing and we enjoyed spending evening out there. It was a short super easy walk to the beach. The only minor inconvenience was there was no hand soap and we ran out of toilet paper. But overall would recommend and stay again!!”

“Easy check in and out, owners were very detailed in communication, great location near sand key and Clearwater beaches plus restaurants and bars. The added bonus of a parking spot was a nice addition compared to the surrounding hotels with 40-50 per day parking rates. A couple nice beach chairs, boogie boards and pool toys for kids are another bonus! Small studio style one room condo setup with small kitchenette but functional for two people not planning to cook at the condo and using as a……

“What an amazing weekend we had on the river. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We didn’t need her much but when we did, Summer was quick to reply.The house is spacious and fully stocked with anything you might need. What a great location right in the main river. The Crystal clear water was so refeshing, we went for a swim everyday. We saw manatees and dolphins swimming by the dock every morning. Love this place and hope to return one day.”

“Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry. Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. ”
