“The owner was an excellent communicator and answered immediately each time I had a question. Everything was as advertised, check in was easy. The location is fantastic! Easy walk to the beach or to town. Lots of great restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. South Beach is a great place for kids and has magnificent sunsets! “Quiet, clean, pleasant neighborhood, walkable (sort of long) to downtown. Reasonably priced for what it is, basically a comfortable bedroom with a second room. As the listing says, there isn't a full kitchen, just a microwave and coffee machine and a small fridge. There is an outstanding breakfast place a short walk away (The Biscuit) so you won't miss preparing breakfast. Owner lives in the other half of the house and was very pleasant.”
