“We felt so relaxed and well taken care of. Fishing off the dock was a highlight! My AZ grandchildren found this place a great place to read, play games and of course eat Grandma's cooking. Host's were kind and so helpful. Suggestions, have some chairs on the lawn, around the fire pit and table. I would recommend this place if you like calm and rest, with great sunsets. ”

“The lake cabin was a wonderful retreat for our family reunion July 1-8, 2025. We are so happy we rented the pontoon! We enjoyed fishing throughout the week, but the perfect catch was a surprise to all of us when our nieces boyfriend got down on one knee and proposed marriage to her while 4th of July fireworks were going off overhead around the lake. “I am a local in the area and rented the cabin for family to stay for a long weekend to attend our daughter's graduation party. Our stay was great. The owners have done a wonderful job keeping the charm of a vintage Balsam Lake cabin. I was a little concerned at first when pulling into the secluded roadway, because there are a few poorly conditioned homes before arriving to the rental cabin. Rest assued, once at the cabin, the beauty of the lake and charm of the cabin more than makes up for it.……
