“Inside was clean but outside was not maintained. Barbecue advertised as working but it was rusted and falling apart, extremely moldy, not useable and probably hadn't been used for years so we did not even try to use it. Window sills full of bugs and, likewise back of house on beach side and deck required 2-4 hours of cleaning to make useable and open windows for ventilation and comfotrtably use back deck We did not try to use air conditioning given the outside conditions and uncertainty……

“Excellent views of Lake Erie, lovely cottage with games and comfy rooms. The beach is a treasure, it’s the only cottage with secure access to the sandy beach which no one else was on, the stairs down the cliff may be a bit too much for toddlers but for teens and up it was amazing! ”
