“Overall great time at an expansive property that is located walking distance to Mansion Beach, Andy's Way, Clayhead Trails, and the North Lighthouse. At the time we stayed here we had access to three buildings. Main house (historic Daniel Mott homestead) with a full kitchen, two full baths, outdoor shower, three bedrooms, and a pull out couch. The cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, bath, and the bunk house with two bunkbeds, a sink, and an outdoor shower. More then enough room for the 10 people……

“My stay was perfect. Even though Expedia didn't provide a real oceanfront (instead a sliver of a view), the staff and location more than made up for it. Plus there's a great communal deck with awesome view of ocean and beach. The staff were terrific. When I had my car window smashed in while in Providence, the maintenance guy cleaned it all up. Front desk women (Cassandra and Donna) were friendly and also helpful all around. Great stay. Plan on returning.”

“We had the most amazing stay at this house near Scarborough Beach! The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—truly above and beyond any other rental we’ve ever had. There was plenty of space, making it perfect for a family vacation, and it felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Robin, the host, was incredibly accommodating and made everything so easy for us. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate……

“We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. Low ceilings upstairs add charm but may be an issue for some. None of us are tall so we weren’t bothered. Lovely view from the deck/backyard and from the two queen rooms upstairs. Plenty of beach chairs and……
