“Overall, the house is pristine. Spotlessly clean and very new. The neighborhood is quiet and the view is great. The patio is spacious with three ceiling fans, an outdoor sectional, and a cozy porch swing. The back porch orientation didn’t suffer from blasting sun in the morning or late afternoon allowing for extended coffee in the a.m. and comfortable drinks on the patio in the afternoon/evening.
