“Owner says built in 2023 and it looks it. Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The only drawback to this property is the roads in the immediate neighborhood are very rough, but I would rather have that than be located on a busy/loud street. This property is centrally located to Canton, Palestine, and Tyler which suited us perfectly. I would stay here again. ”

“Met all my expectations. Nice comfortable lake front cabin with hiking trails nearby. Highly recommended.”

“We had a family of 11, ages 7 to 70, stay here for the weekend. We had a great time. Outdoor space was amazing for the perfect temperatures we had. We sat on the top deck a lot and enjoyed the views, fished, grilled, and played games. Only issue was the internet. Couldn't get it to connect which was probably only temporary and I'm sure is pretty common on the lake but no big deal. Host was great and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. “ We stayed as a family (our 4 adult kids, our son-in-law, and 2 grandkids) between Christmas and over New Year’s Day. Communication was excellent—especially given that it was over a holiday! We had everything we needed for cooking and settling in. The beds were very comfy. Master Bath 1 was luxurious with a large shower room and a Japanese tub and a seat with handheld. “What a lovely home. I felt like I was staying in a house remodeled and furnished by the Property Brothers.The kitchen was stocked with dish soap, a scrubber wand, hand soap, dishwasher pod, salt and pepper, all the adult and kids dishes and cookware you could need, and paper towels. The refrigerator had filtered water and an ice maker. The coffee maker used regular ground coffee and has a reusable metal filter so you won’t need any paper filters. “Great place to stay with myself and 2 young kids - plenty of kid games, toys and play space outside to keep them entertained. Sleeping arrangement upstairs away from the bedroom is open like a loft so be mindful of that if you have young ones or elderly who sleep earlier or are light sleepers. Thermostat did not work but I imagine it is fixed by now. ”

“We loved our stay at Saleh's place! The villa was even nicer than expected, everything was clean, new, thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything we could have needed! The grounds are very nice, there was a swing by lake to enjoy the view, there are several villas and casitas in proximity which made us feel safe and it's very well lit throughout the evening! “Very quiet and clean. Big sweet dog outside watching over a bunch of sheep and chickens. My dog really wanted to hang out with them. Comfortable beds - the loft was comfy and had it's own A/C. Big TV and nice kitchenette. Very unique place. Would definitely stay here again.”
