“Owner says built in 2023 and it looks it. Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The only drawback to this property is the roads in the immediate neighborhood are very rough, but I would rather have that than be located on a busy/loud street. This property is centrally located to Canton, Palestine, and Tyler which suited us perfectly. I would stay here again. ”

“We had a family of 11, ages 7 to 70, stay here for the weekend. We had a great time. Outdoor space was amazing for the perfect temperatures we had. We sat on the top deck a lot and enjoyed the views, fished, grilled, and played games. Only issue was the internet. Couldn't get it to connect which was probably only temporary and I'm sure is pretty common on the lake but no big deal. Host was great and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. “This was a very clean and accommodating house! We had a great time with a toddler and our teenagers. We kayaked, jumped from the dock, enjoyed the view, and sat by the bonfire at night. There was so much room for everyone, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook & grill, and they even provided plenty of beach towels. The view was amazing and the master room/bathroom was relaxing. We can’t wait to go back again and the host was very sweet and helpful!”

“The house was plenty large enough for our family group and had great communal space for gathering, meals, games. The setting was lovely- water views, playground for kids and pool. The outside spaces needed clean up- we had to clean all outside furniture before using and some of the cushions were not usable.
