“Our families 6th time back at Pelican Point so that pretty much sums it up. We visited another property last year, just for something different and everyone in our group said they wanted to go back. When we got there this time my son said “the place last year was fun, but this place is fun and it feels like home! We love it so much!”

“Perfect set up. The bunk rooms are in the attached “boathouse”. Boys loved having “their own house”. Fire pit is on a cement patio, which was very nice. Gas grill was great. Huge back porch, two docks to fish and overall very nice house in a great neighborhood only 5 min from the grocery store. Loft stairs are steep so watch your step. Huge grassy area to play and very friendly people in the community. ”

“We were in town for a funeral so this was a great place to gather family and be able to spend time together. The beds were so incredibly comfortable when we retired for the evening. During the rest of the time, the living area is all about togetherness! We appreciated the ability to all be able to sit around the dinner table and reminisce and celebrate our loved one’s life! We also loved the backyard and appreciated the beautiful view from the pool and hot tub.”
