“Two couples, SFASU alumni from the early eighties, needed a place to reconnect and reminisce about college life and current life. Coming from Fort Worth and Houston, Nacogdoches seemed like a good place and this home was great for sitting outside with coffee to talk and close enough to walk around campus to see what remains and what has changed. We had a great time. The house was perfect for our needs. ”

“We had a truly relaxing and memorable stay at this lovely house by the pond. The setting is incredibly peaceful—waking up to the sight of ducks gliding across the water and birdsong in the background was a daily treat. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly stocked with care. Every detail, from the kitchen essentials to the cozy blankets and games, made us feel right at home.One of our favorite parts of the trip was simply sitting out on the patio with the fire pit……

I reached out to him on April 7th and 8th-received NOTHING-he took my money and he said nothing!!! I think VRBO should remove him from your site-because that will give you a bad name. Thanks,”

“This property was great, clean and has everything you need and more! Communication was great and responses were quick. We were moving our son in to an apartment in town so we didn’t get to spend as much time enjoying the house and lake as we would have liked but the availability of kayaks and life vests are a nice bonus. We did bring our own fishing gear and enjoyed fishing off the dock. Would definitely book this property again!”

“While this is an older property, owners have provided a very nice VRBO experience that met all of our needs. We were 5 adults and 2 younger children. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with dishes and pots and pans, and the bedrooms even included cell phone chargers. We needed a place to stay before/after a family reunion in Mt. Enterprise which is 30 min. away. The owner and property manager were very responsive; we highly recommend this property for quality and value ”
