“Early in the season with spring cleanup and maintenance going on, most workers were done for the day after our easy check in. Chris and other staff were great. Easy access to the beach.”

“Very well equipped and clean! Great communication with the owners and they made sure we had everything we needed. Easy check-in and checkout. Small guest house but it “lives big”. Beautiful location from Downtown Harbor and Ocean Point. Been traveling to Boothbay for over 50 yrs. (yes we are old). Started by camping there and then to many different cottages over the years. I must say this is one of the top two on the list. Looking forward to staying there again! Can I say, relaxing property!”

“Had an amazing stay. Clean and very convenient to town. Parked the car and never used it everything was within walking distance. Only suggestion would be a door stop on the wall by the bathroom in the bedroom. The door opens easily and afraid it's going to hit the wall and damage it. Have recommended to friends. Thank you for a great stay”

“Convenient location near the Bath/Phippsburg border. Short walk down to Winnegance where they have canoes you can use. 10 minutes to Bath, 15 minutes to Popham. Apartment was well stocked - big bathroom with washer/dryer. Nice appliances for a rental unit. Bed might be soft for some.”
