“We came up for UNH homecoming with our two German Shepherds. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the shower draining but the property manager responded promptly to the concern. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right down the street from Long and Short Sands beach but far enough off of the main strip to avoid traffic. Access to route 1 and 95 makes this property a perfect jumping off point……

“Cute family run property. Room was spacious and super clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom sufficient for all your needs. Delicious freshly made hot breakfast as well as granola/yoghurt and baked goods. Close to the coast and restaurants. Lovely communal sitting rooms downstairs. It’s an older building so a little bit noisy stairs/doors, but wasn’t disturbing. ”

The room had everything we needed (one thing to note if you plan to cook is that you can’t fry things. She does have an air fryer that’s available.) Fabiola is quick to respond to texts and she thought of everything to make it a welcoming stay. The location is quite central to the various islands. And the local Hill’s bakery and Arborvine restaurant are highlyRecommended.”
